We are looking for a bookkeeper and administrative assistant for a home based Clinical Psychology Practice. Most of the work can be done from home, but we have a physical archive where filing will need to be done. It will be up to you how frequently and when you would like to visit the office premises. There will be approximately 4-6 hours of work per week.

I need help with the following:
1) Scanning and uploading patient folders to the Cloud

2) Creating accurate Excel spread sheets reflecting the practice income and expenses monthly

3) Calculating the BAS quarterly

4) Preparing spreadsheets for the accountant for annual tax returns

5) Checking and helping maintain the practice website.

6) Monitoring book sales on the practice website

7) Managing the Square account where book sales are made.

8) Posting Blogs on the practice social media.

10) Preparing accounts for the NDIS

11) Helping with marketing drives to local GP practices.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week
