The **Delivery Office Specialist **plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our Endeavour Delivery Office, which manages the execution of the full suite of strategic initiatives across all Endeavour Group brands.

This position is responsible for collating inputs from senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with strategic business goals, enabling successful execution of meetings with senior stakeholders (through proactive preparation and coordination) and organising senior leadership events.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

- Work with senior stakeholders across all parts of the business to collate, review and distribute materials for various forums including showcases, executive presentations and off-site events.
- Proactively schedule and coordinate alignment meetings with senior stakeholders to monitor project progress and governance.
- Plan and execute large off-site leadership events, managing event bookings, agendas, logistics and collation of materials to create impactful experiences.
- Leverage tools like Smartsheet and Planview to collaborate with senior leaders across all parts of the business to ensure seamless alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain a calendar of senior management events.

**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:

- Previous experience in a PMO Coordinator / Exec Assistant role, or similar
- Strong communication ability, both written and verbal
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills, high level organisation and attention to detail High level competency with Smart Sheets and/or Planview
