We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, people-loving, detail-crushing **Delivery Executive** to help drive our **Delivery & Catering** functions to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Delivery & Guest Experience, you’ll lead the catering platform and helping manage our relationships with delivery aggregators like Uber Eats, DoorDash and Menulog. **What You'll Be Doing**

**Delivery Strategy & Operations**
- Partner with the Head of Delivery & Guest Experience to roll out GYG’s Delivery strategy across the business including our own GYG Delivery.
- Help make sure our guests are getting their food hot, fresh and fast - every single time.
- Work with our operation and technology functions to continue to improve the delivery experience.

**Aggregator Partnerships**
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for our delivery aggregator partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.).
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with our partners - we want to be their _go-to_.
- Represent GYG at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure our voice is heard loud and clear.

**GYG Delivery Lead**
- Be the internal guru for everything GYG Delivery.
- Coach the team and help build their confidence in handling delivery-related guest enquiries.

**Catering (and we mean the**_really_** good kind)**
- Partner with the Head of Delivery & Guest Experience to lead the strategy for catering
- Manage logistics like a pro - including working with Uber Eats for catering deliveries.
- Work with operations, supply chain and technology to continue to improve and evolve the catering platform including fit for purpose packaging.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on catering.
