**About the role**

The **Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator**is a** Full-time**position, based at **Alexandria, NSW.** Reporting to **the Store Manager**you will join our** Gyprock Trade Centre,**and**you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

In this role you will**:

- Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers
- To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
- Stock movements and the maintenance of stock
- Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements
- Unloading inbound orders of stock
- Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
- Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping

Your hours are Monday to Friday 7AM to 3PM. Rostered Saturdays from 6AM to 11AM.

**About you**:

- Current forklift license with sufficient experience
- Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
- Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
