**Purpose**
This position is responsible for assisting with the provision of an efficient and effective repair and maintenance service for Company facilities and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general plant operation maintenance.
- Undertake on-site maintenance, equipment installation and breakdown repairs.
- Complete daily work routines, jobs and project work by Company needs and priorities.
- Organise tools, equipment and materials to perform the job safely.
- Provide technical input on engineering improvements to production systems and facilities.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as specified by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Ensure annual objectives are regularly reviewed and met.
- Contribute to key business activities as required.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes and work instructions at all times, and ensure appropriate actions are taken to implement and monitor at a site level.
- Perform other duties as directed.

**Personal Attributes, Skills & Experience**
- Trade qualifications in a relevant field.
- Sound understanding of mechanical maintenance practices along with a demonstrated ability in fitting, machining and/or general equipment maintenance and repair.
- Working knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Sound communication skills, initiative and strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Intermediate computer skills.

Salary range: $70.000 to $82.000 annual
