**About Us**

Vikal International is a leader in the manufacture of custom-built Superyacht tenders.

**Responsibilities**

Varied role including but not limited to the following:

- General office data entry and assistance with documentary management and creation Create purchase orders for the supply of goods.
- Update and maintain supplier databases.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers in line with budget expectations
- Review and monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted stock replenishment.
- Ad-hoc office support to operations.

**Experience and Qualifications (required/desired)**
- Preferably some expertise in purchasing (but not necessarily required).
- Intermediate and effective computer software operating skills (word/excel/google drive) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Team player who can work in a dynamic environment in a cooperative and professional manner.
- A confident, motivated, and well-organised individual.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
