An excellent opportunity exists for a suitable individual to join the AAPA Victoria Flight Operations team as a Flight Operations Officer. This position will be based at our Flight Operations Centre located at Ballarat Airport, Victoria.

**Reporting**:
This position reports to the Operations Manager.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assist with transport of students to and from the AAPA premises
- Refuel aircraft (if qualified)
- Daily management of aircraft and instructor sign out/in through Company Software
- Assist with monitoring aircraft maintenance

**Selection criteria**

- MR Licence preferred but not essential
- Dangerous Good handling preferred but not essential
- Previous operational experience (not necessarily aviation)
- Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working in high pressure environment with limited supervision
- Excellent communication and organisational/time management skills
- Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment
- Able to work shifts and weekends
