**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and maintain strong links within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and with relevant organisations and demonstrate a sound knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and protocols.
- Manage and coordinate high level project administrative and corporate support functions for the team, including the daily functioning of office, diary management, preparation of presentations, reports and other correspondence; organisation of meetings and conferences, including the preparation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from meetings and events.
- Support the Nursing Service Director to undertake management activities by developing formal plans, supporting documentation, records, and registers.
