**What will you do?**:
Join our dynamic team as a **SEO Lead **and drive online visibility and traffic, optimising web content, implementing strategies, and staying ahead in the dynamic digital landscape.

The role serves as the pivotal interface with other business units, demanding exceptional relationship building skills. Success hinges on fostering strong connections, ensuring effective communication, and harmonising efforts across various departments for cohesive collaboration. Other responsibilities will include:

- Development and implementation of Target’s SEO strategy and roadmap
- Address key technical SEO issues (Page Speed, Page Experience Rating, Indexability & Crawlability)
- Optimisation of existing and new content (Product & Category)
- Implementing SEO analysis, reporting, and tracking requirements
- Championing the implementation of SEO fundamentals across all relevant key areas of Digital and the broader business

**What are we looking for?**:
Demonstrable and developed expertise in:

- SEO strategy and roadmap planning
- Technical SEO fundamentals
- On-Page & Off-Page optimisation requirements
- Keyword Research & Analysis
- Content strategy & planning
- Content management systems
- Experience with SEO industry reporting & analysis tools such as: BrightEdge, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Keyword Research Tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker/Google Data Studio
- Understanding of search engine algorithms & rankings
- Expertise in coaching SEO principles
