Are you a creative with a passion for wellness and community engagement? Scout Studios is looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to bring our brand to life through engaging content, events, and partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage community engagement and grow our influencer & UGC programs.
- Spend a half-day to one day per week capturing content at the studios.
- Flexibility to be present for weekend or evening events, workshops, and retreats as needed.

Events, Retreats & Workshops
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Community and Culture to develop and execute marketing strategies for studio events, retreats, and workshops.
- Design promotional materials, including website updates, in-app messaging, posters, and social media content.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility of events, workshops, and retreats.
- Work closely with our teaching and administration team to ensure seamless event promotion and execution.
- Craft compelling bi-monthly EDMs and blog posts to highlight members, wellness topics, events, and studio updates.

Partnerships & Member Perks
- Work closely with the Head of Community and Culture to build and maintain partnerships for our SCOUT Member Perks program.
- Collaborate on events, social campaigns, and giveaways to enhance community engagement.

Paid Advertising
- Strategise and manage Google and social media ad campaigns to promote retreats, intro offers, and studio promotions.
- Identify strategic media placement and advertising opportunities in the local community.

Who You Are

A creative storyteller with strong videography and content creation skills.

Passionate about wellness and community engagement.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Experienced in social media management, digital marketing, and event promotion.

Flexible with working days to accommodate key events, workshops, and retreats.

Able to travel between studios and HQ as needed.
