**Digital Journey Manager - Digital Marketing | Location - Flexible**

Allianz’s Digital Marketing division currently has an opening for a
**Digital Journey Manager **to manage and enhance digital experience journeys for Allianz customers and partners, developing and steering digital journey roadmap for all online touch points. Ensuring performance is monitored, measured and reported on, the role will drive higher customer and stakeholder engagement (NPS), resonance with the Allianz brand experience, and increasing sales and service efficiency, thus driving better business outcomes. This role will also lead the development of a digital product vision in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the roadmap is aligned with strategic priorities and focused business outcomes.
**What you should expect**:
- Develop and deliver an integrated digital sales and service journey strategy and roadmap aimed at optimising Allianz digital experiences to help achieve revenue and cost targets through digital channels.
- Ensure a consistent digital experience optimisation approach across all Allianz digital channels and report on initiative outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a digital journey performance framework to measure initiative success
- Continually assess digital journey performance and pro actively manage and and prioritise pipeline of changes to drive improvement.
- Drive the digital journey roadmap development and execution strategy with key stakeholders.
- Understand the end-to-end Allianz sales and service digital customer journeys, make optimisation recommendations and promote an agile culture in the organisation.
- Lead larger projects, product and regulatory changes and any activities that impact the different customer journeys and experiences.
- Work with Analytics, UX, CRO, other digital specialists and other stakeholders to improve the online experience for Allianz digital sales and / or service experiences
- Ensure that cross dependencies between digital journeys are managed to ensure effective delivery
- Support the delivery during development, including team and sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint retrospective, stakeholder & final acceptance and documentation as part of regular backlog grooming sessions
**Important to your success**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
- Experience in managing digital journeys and complex projects and roadmaps.
- Experience in online customer experience, usability trends and information design.
- Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies, design thinking and customer journey mapping.
- Proven ability to quickly comprehend and navigate relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact Allianz.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, planning, reporting and communication tools.
