**Your new company**
Founded in 1874 I am partnering with a Not for Profit organisation located in Box Hill. They are the oldest and largest organisation dedicated to fighting the stigma against certain diseases and aim for zero transmission by 2035. They are looking for a part time customer service officer in their donations team to be a friendly point of contact for donors calling up.

**Your new role**
Focusing on inbound calls by donors who are wanting to support this organisation. You will process payments over the phone or by post, and supplying invoices and receipts in a timely manner. This is a Christian based organisation who welcome applicants of all backgrounds who uphold their values of honesty, trust and integrity. This role requires you to be in the office 3-4 days a week.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Clear communication skills
- Experience in customer service with inbound calls
- Donor experience is highly regarded
