**THE ORGANISATION**
Fast growing and a leader in manufacturing, this business is growing a great HR people strategy and currently recruiting for a permanent HR Analyst with immediate effect. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven individual to join a high achieving and innovative environment.

**THE ROLE**
As a HR Analyst your main responsibilities will include providing you will develop and maintain HR metrics for the business across remuneration, performance and talent, support the HR team in the delivery of their roles and provide ad hoc reports on specific HR metrics as well as present relevant clear trends to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends to the business. You will act as the main point of contact for all HR reporting requests and anticipate customer needs based on market and trends as well as process, policy and strategic reviews.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you must have experience within the HR data analytics space as well as experience of extracting data and reports and analysing data with key stakeholders across the business. You must have a proactive and adaptable work style with exceptional attention to detail. Excel skills essential, with exposure to HRIS development highly desired.
