**You will be responsible for**:

- Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team in accordance with the approved ITSM Change Management process.
- Ensuring compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure.
- Maintaining and managing effective working relationships and engage with third parties that provide technical support for the enterprise infrastructure.
- Assist in the leading and mentoring of the team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management. (SFIA: USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 5, CHMG Level 5, RELM Level 5)
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. Experience in negotiating and managing service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus. (SFIA: SLMO Level 5)
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people including senior business and technical stakeholders to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
