We offer a comprehensive range of builders’ supplies, ranging from construction materials like plasterboard and related accessories, cladding products, Hebel, render products, paint, insulation, fasteners, plywood, waterproofing, and a wide variety of hardware and tools.

To support the increment in demand and growth, we require an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team to ensure that customer satisfaction and loyalty are maintained while driving sales and operational efficiency.

**About the role**

You will be reporting directly to the Store and Division Manager, and will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer service standards within our company. You will be required to:

- Ensure operational efficiency by managing staff schedules, inventory levels, and customer wait times.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
- Manage, motivate, and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Plan and implement after-sales services such as color touch-ups, paint return policies, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve product-related customer inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and skills of Micronet Software
- Knowledge of SCORP Software and how it integrates with Micronet
- Advanced knowledge of the Paint industry and products
- Basic-intermediate knowledge of the Render Industry and products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
