**Job Summary**: You ideally have some accounting experience. You are passionate about accounting and analysing data and have high career ambitions. You are eager to learn and improve your accounting experience. You want to join a busy finance team within a well-established national business and will be involved in day-to-day accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks.
- Raising customer invoices and processing vendor invoices.
- Liaising with our Operations team and responding to client and vendor queries.
- Allocating and posting daily bank receipts and payments.
- Analysing revenue, costs, gross margin reporting and customer contract performance reporting.
- Posting standard monthly journal entries and accruals etc.
- Following up with customers for overdue balances.
- Administration duties, including answering phone calls.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Must have very good MS Excel skills.
- Preferably some experience of accounting and finance processes.
- Experience with an accounting system preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Self-motivated, results driven and likes solving problems.
- Eager to improve and learn new finance and accounting processes.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
