Vessel Close Coordinator

We are looking for an Vessel Close Coordinator to Join our amazing team in Australia
**Main Responsibilities**:
**_ Reporting_**
- Reporting of cargo to regulatory bodies in line with legislated requirements including transshipment cargo
- Generation of manifests for reefer cargo
- Update ZIM systems with connecting vessel details for transshipment cargo
- Reconciliation export of booking data to cargo receipt at terminal
- Release arrival notices to customers
- Manage abandoned cargo in line with ZIM procedures and provide weekly reports
**_ Invoicing_**
- ** **Extract import invoices from ZIM systems, validate, generate, and release through 3rd party systems as required
- Manage the timely return of ZIM equipment, generate and release detention and demurrage invoices as per customer contracts
- Review, record and resolve freight disputes
**_ Issue Resolution_**
- Coordinate with the customer service team for resolution of complex inquiries or out of scope services and respond to the customer service team accordingly
- Provide costings for additional service requests and action such requests as required
- Reconcile manifest to bay plan data to ensure no additional charges are incurred by ZIM due to errors
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration or related fields (preferred)
- 1-3 year experience in shipping and logistics business
- Good computer software skill (EXCEL, WORD)
- Service-mindedness
- Good communications skills
- Proactive approach
- New graduates also welcome
