**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Work collaboratively with executives, managers, clinicians and key stakeholders across and external to the organisation to support the work of a busy, dynamic directorate
- Take initiative and work autonomously to support the leadership team and workflow of the directorate.
- Manage competing priorities, including ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities, while also maintaining high levels of support.

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

The Business Coordinator provides specialised support to the Executive Director and coordinates directorate activities to ensure an efficient and effective operation, that supports the delivery of operational objectives. The role provides executive support and advice, coordinates and manages business improvement projects.

The role establishes and embeds new processes, document and information control systems to enhance delivery of efficient and quality outcomes for the organisation

**Remuneration**: $109,857.00 - $129,624.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Provide high level secretarial and business coordination services to support the Executive Director in achieving the ACI’s strategic objectives.
- Identify, prioritise and determine the urgency of critical or sensitive issues for the Executive Director to enable the timely discussion and resolution of business-critical issues.
- Establish and embed new processes, document and information control systems to enhance delivery of efficient and quality outcomes for the organisation.
- Assist and coordinate a range of projects to the support the directorate and provide business support functions to the Executive Director including the coordination and dissemination of agendas, meeting papers and approval processes and other duties as required.

This position is a permanent/ temporary position and **requires full working rights in Australia** (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident).
