Our client, who supplies products to the electrical industries, is currently looking for an experienced **Customer Service Officer** to join our clients team based in Melton, VIC.

The position will be required to deliver exceptional Customer Service to existing and new customers and liaise with all necessary internal departments to ensure total customer satisfaction.

**This is a temp role to commence with working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with potential of permanency for the right person.**

**Once settled into the position, there is the flexibility to work from home a few days per week.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing quotations for customers
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Pricing & checking stock availability
- Process data into SAP
- Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Other administrative duties in line with the business needs

**SKILLS**
- Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service
- A friendly, professional, and helpful telephone manner
- SAP experience is essential
- A high level of focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
- High level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time
