Family-owned company Nikpol, known for their on-trend interior design products and finishes are looking for a Territory Manager to join our team and maximise our market opportunity. This is a great opportunity to be mentored and developed within our company. Experience dealing with Cabinet Makers and Joiners is preferred.

The role reports to the State Sales Manager and will include:
**Responsibilities**
- Maximise sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services
- Achievement of all sales budgets and KPIs
- Maintenance of a sales calendar of regular visits to customers (Registered and Buying, Registered and Not Buying, New Business) to enhance sales opportunities
- Provide competitor intelligence and customer feedback to the State Sales Manager to enhance business opportunities in target markets
- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Deliver superior sales presentations to customers
- Identify new customers and new markets
- Attend Sales Meetings, Report and maintain Records such as Customer records, Weekly reports, Call records, Expense budgets
- Provide input to budget planning, sales target forecasting and marketing procedures
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth

**The successful applicant must be**:

- A “Hunter” - Experience in the Industry is preferred.
- Strong technical ability to learn about our products
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- A track record of successful new business development, closing the sale and meeting KPIs
- Work effectively in a team and support team members to achieve sales budgets
- Emotional resilience and the ability to work independently
- High level communication skills: written & oral; conflict resolution & negotiation
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Strong self-management and time management skills
- Professional presentation and well groomed

Extensive training will be provided to the successful applicant allowing you to become proficient in products and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
