About your new role…

At Grinders Coffee, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences across Victoria.

You'll be responsible for managing both existing and new coffee business in your territory, working closely with your team to ensure the Grinders strategy and business objectives are met. Your mission is to unlock the full Hot Beverage potential of our customers and drive long-term, sustainable growth for the Grinders brand.

What will you be doing?

  • Build strong, sustainable relationships with customers to drive mutual growth.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance their coffee offering.

  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with channel strategies.

  • Position Grinders as an indispensable partner to your customers.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.

  • Lead performance reviews and growth discussions with customers.

  • Represent the full Grinders portfolio, including coffee, equipment, and merchandising standards.

  • Influence product range, equipment, and execution to optimise outcomes.

  • Apply trade maths and commercial insights to drive profitability.

  • Assess risks and opportunities to ensure territory success.

You're a passionate and driven sales professional with a love for coffee and a knack for building strong customer relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident in your ability to manage a territory, identify growth opportunities, and deliver results.

You bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in FMCG, hospitality, or coffee-related industries (preferred).
