Permanent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist
Your new role as Employee Relations Advisor is responsible for the facilitation and day to day oversight of the delivery of HR specific functions which include:
- Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters
- Employee Discipline and Code of Conduct matters
- Employee Performance Management and Performance Improvement Plans
- Mentoring and coaching managers, supervisors, team leaders and to ensure legislative compliance and best practice.
- Develop and deliver blended learning programs and material.
This role is responsible for various industrial and employee relations matters with all the requirements of the Fair Work Act as well as all relevant regulations. You’ll also be responsible for all activities related to enterprise bargaining wage negotiations. You’ll have expert knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements regarding Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Code of Conduct and Employee Discipline as well as Employee Investigations and Enquiries. You’ll have advanced interpersonal skills to deal with complex matters with strong attention to detail. It is also essential to hold a degree or qualification related to Human Resources.
