Diplomatik’s multinational construction equipment client is seeking an experienced, highly driven Human Resources Advisor to join their team. Specialising in the manufacturing of materials processing machinery and ariel work platforms, within the construction, warehouse, aviation, and industrial industry.

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for the overall development and implementation of effective human resources frameworks, policies, and procedures to support Australia’s strategic business objectives. This role will provide HR services and drive continuous improvement and attract, retain, develop, and manage a highly engaged and committed work force.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of Human Resources services and advice across business segments, including payroll, training and development, communication, recruitment/selection, retention, compensation and benefits, performance management and review process.
- Development of all employment contracts in accordance with relevant awards and legislation. Provide advice and support to Managers on relevant policies, how to conduct counselling / interviews, addressing grievance disputes within framework, working within specific timeframes, resolution of ER issues, discipline, counselling, and termination.
- Ensuring services are cost effective and aligned to the organisation’s strategic business plans and champion of the values. In conjunction with the Management Team, local and remote, providing effective line management support to achieve the business wide objectives for the local business units.
- Develop and implement best practice and policies for internal and external clients and provide advice and guidance concerning any investigation of EEO related complaints. Ensure education, promotion, and awareness of EEO in the workplace is maintained.
- Any other duties as required to complete role or as advised by line management/leadership team

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or similar
- Previous experience working in a HR Generalist (Business Partner, Senior Advisor) with leadership responsibilities
- Knowledgeable, experienced & confident with Industrial (IR) and Employee (ER) Relations
- Build strong relationships with local & regional managers. Guide, support, coach and develop leaders and employees in complex HR matters.
- Experience managing performance improvement and resolving employee grievances
- Recognised ability to organise, prioritise and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
