**About the Job**

Due to recent internal move, Sodexo is now seeking a passionate, customer service centric professional to join our corporate team based in Sydney's CBD. You will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our client’s guests.

This is a **permanent full-time** role, this is Monday-Friday 38hrs per week. Salary $60,000 PA + Super.

**About You**

You love to provide high levels of customer service; enjoy a fast paced and busy environment and you understand the difference a smile and some helpful advice can make to a visitor's day.

**Duties may include**:

- Client services, coordinating arrival process for all visitors and assisting our clients with their varied requests
- Co-ordination of client meetings/ trainings and the management of the meeting rooms
- Organising catering, audio-visual equipment
- Liaising with external vendors and maintenance contractors
- Undertaking general admin and data entry duties as required.
- Overseeing and ensuring front of house presentation is always maintained to the highest standard.

**Requirements**:
Our Concierge attendants are team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
