**Key Responsibilities of Guest Services Agent**:

- Guest Reception and Interaction
- Managing guest check-ins and check outs
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling guest enquiries, special requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Assigning rooms based on preferences and availability
- Restaurant and Private Dining Bookings
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Team Collaboration
- Assistance Across Estate as required

**Skills and Qualifications of Guest Services Agent**:

- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Supervisor within Hospitality preferred
- Strong background in restaurant service, with a deep understanding of dining operations and guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to handle guest enquiries and complaints effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of Marnong Estate’s offerings, including dining, events, and accommodation
- Proficiency in RMS or similar experience preferred
- H&L experience preferable
- IVVY experience preferable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
- Front of House experience favourable

**Key Responsibilities of Guest Services Supervisor**:
All responsibilities of the Guest Services Agent, plus:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Leading the front office team with professionalism and positivity.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating staff to excel.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Scheduling team rosters and maintaining attendance records.
- Ensuring smooth operations and adherence to exceptional service standards.

**Skills and Qualifications of Guest Services Supervisor**:
All qualifications listed for the Guest Services Agent, plus:

- Experience leading, training, and mentoring teams in hospitality.
- Strong team scheduling and rostering experience.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards and foster a positive team culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
