Responsibilities - Reporting to the HR Manager:

- Collaborate with HR, Finance departments and supervisors to gather and verify employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and efficiently
- Calculate wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other earnings
- Prepare and distribute timely and accurate pay statements, reports, and summaries to employees, managers, and relevant departments
- Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries, providing resolutions and explanations when necessary.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in payroll processing
- Assist the transition from ADP to ADP real time
- Other Ad hoc duties
