You will be part of the Contract and Performance team within the Service Development and Reform Business Unit, supporting the commissioning and performance monitoring of primary mental health programs across the North Western Melbourne region. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you will help ensure that services meet contractual and quality standards.
This role involves a mix of project support, contract administration, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, providing valuable insight into service delivery and system performance.
It's ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, looking to deepen their experience in contract and performance management while contributing to mental health system improvement.

**What will my typical week look like**:

- You will support contract and performance management activities across commissioned mental health programs such as CAREinMIND and Head to Health.
- Assisting with provider engagement and ensuring service deliverables align with contract requirements and quality standards.
- Preparing documentation, reports, and data analysis to support program monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes where required, managing project logistics, and contributing to commissioning and procurement processes.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in health, social science, or a related field, with relevant experience in contract or project support roles.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in or understanding of the primary health or mental health sectors.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
