Join a private Melbourne development team as their new Office Manager. With a ten-year pipeline, they are a stable and growing organisation that needs your help
Delivering mid-sized town centre projects in outer Melbourne, the team of eight works across the complete life cycle of construction.
They take projects for concept development and strategic planning through detailed design, construction and operational services.
**The foundation for success -**
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience;
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures, ideally Xero
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A strategic and efficient approach to new ways of doing things would be welcomed
