As a** Consultant, Commercial Excellence**you will be joining the** Small Business, Commercial Excellence** team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**In this role, you will**:

- Creating capacity within BDSBs banker proposition to strengthen our differential customer proposition of local bankers through; pipeline analytics, Banker effectiveness analytics, Internal Segmentation, Workload optimisation, Geographic opportunity capture, Strategic alignment of activity, Broker management
- Customer Portfolio Value: Drive increased value from unmanaged customers in BDSB by partnering with marketing, developing GTM strategies, and portfolio analysis. Developing initiatives to understand and optimise cost to serve, build share of wallet, and optimise processes. Lead BDSBs view of internal and B&PB segmentation and supporting uplift across critical customer episodes with product domains.
- Insights to drive continuous improvement within BSDB strategic context including ongoing optimisation and uplift of operating model

**What you will bring**:

- Use of operational, customer, and financial data to create insight from quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- Presentation and engagement with senior leaders
- Data and quantitative analysis
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills. A track record of building rapport and credibility quickly with operational and senior stakeholders
- Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through structured, quantitative thinking and data analysis,
