**APS6 - Program Manager, Trove Data Support**:

- Work with metadata from a wide variety of cultural and research collections including libraries, museums, galleries, archives and more
- Be part of a large library data management community while managing a small team
- ongoing and non-ongoing opportunities

The National Library of Australia is seeking fill several vacancies at the APS6 classification in the role of **Program Manager, Trove Data Support** where you will manage partner data contributions and other components of national digital collaborative services.

In this role, you will:

- Provide high level customer support to Trove Collaborative Services members, their related industry bodies, and advisory/working groups as well as vendors/providers.?
- Acquire and maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships, working with a proactive and service-oriented mindset ensuring the movement of high-quality data through our systems.
- Aggregate data from over 900 partner contributors transforming their data and providing access to both the Australian National Bibliographic Database and Trove.
- Support services including Trove, Australian National Bibliographic Database, National E-deposit (NED) and Interlibrary Loans Document delivery. ?
- Participate in change management activities and be highly adaptable to changing work priorities.?
