**Senior Administration Officer, Trove Data Support, Trove Data & Platforms**
The Library is seeking to fill the role of f the Senior Administration Officer (APS4) on an ongoing basis.

The Senior Administration Officer, Trove Data Support undertakes tasks that assist partner data contributions to national digital collaborative services and maintain national resource sharing networks.

This role coordinates corporate reporting about the activities and routine statistics relating to the section programs. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the delivery of their responsibilities.

**Senior Administration Officer, Digitisation Projects (several positions)**
The Senior Administration Officer, Digitisation Projects undertakes tasks that support the delivery of the digitisation & photography services for the section.

You will contribute to routine reporting on the digitisation program. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and changing environment.

In this role you will gain:

- an understanding of the Digitisation Project Sections Image Capture Guidelines.
- an understanding of Care and Handling requirements for Library collection material.
- an awareness of the Library’s Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) Guidelines.
