**Experienced Practice Manager to lead our busy and dynamic GP/Skin Clinic in Brisbane South. Both part-time and Full-time position available.**

Our busy and thriving General Practice and Skin Clinic need a strong Practice /Business manager.

**Experience in Previous business ownership is highly desired.**

Responsibility:

- Effective booking of GPs, Allied health and helping for steady growth of the practice
- High level knowledge of Government legislation, Accreditation and Government Incentive program.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Online claiming processes, DVA, Workover & Private billing
- HR & Admin - Recruitment and training reception, nurse and other staff with passion with training and mentorship.
- Manage staff timesheet and arrange all the contractor doctors and allied health payments.
- Financial performance including budgets and debt management.
- Be familiar with paper work of GP registrar and liaise with RACGP for recruitment of GP Registrars and accreditation process
- Liaise with UQ, Griffith and Bond for on-boarding of medical students
- Completely aware of PIP, WIP and other government incentives and do all necessary things in PRODA.Requirement:
This position is beyond ordinary day to day operation. Strong Administrative and recruitment experience is required. Benchmarking process in place and practice need to run within certain budget.
- Previous General Practice experience is essential

- Be able to run the practice within certain budget

The primary function of the role is to support the GP's, Admin, Nursing and Allied Health professionals working within this busy and well established Medical Centre. You will ensure your team is delivering high quality, efficient, professional and friendly service to patients, whilst achieving business and clinical goals and targets.

Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience. $65,000- $85,000 per Annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
