1. Effective and timely coordination of the day-to-day activities of the information and

records management support services.

2. Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, including vendors,

contractors, and ICT/Automation specialists to improve the company information

3. Analyzing, organizing, and interpreting complex data.

4. Ensuring the integration of new technologies into organizational processes.

Assisting in improving organizational workflows through technological solutions.

5. Responding to complex client enquiries, the effective use of the company

information systems and advising on record keeping processes, procedures,

policies, responsibilities and best practice standards.

6. Designing and implementing systems for storing, managing company records and

information.

7. Assisting and developing initiatives and implementing programs to improve the

accessibility of information/records information.

8. Identifying staff training needs and developing requirements for personnel training.

9. Assisting in training personnel on best practices for information/records managing

and protecting.

**Skills**:
Work experience more than 3 years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Bachelor Degree (required)
