**The Role**

**Duties include but are not limited to**
- Daily processing of timesheets and timesheet approvals
- Data transfers between internal and external systems
- Adhoc reporting and auditing as required
- Maintenance of client work orders
- Assist the Finance and Projects teams with admin support as needed

**About You**
- Experience in an Admin, Finance or similar type role - Highly regarded
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry - Highly regarded
- Knowledge of SAP systems and Microsoft Excel - Skilled use of the Microsoft Suite is desirable
- Sound understanding of administration practices within a project space
- Willingness to drive and increase performance within a team
- Champion of agile ways of working
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders.
- Non siloed thinking & active team contributor
