**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- Full-time position available
- Located at Mercy Place Lynbrook - 500 Evans Road, Lynbrook VIC 3975.
- Responsible for on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building, plant, equipment and furniture.
- Assist with identifying and actioning health and safety issues to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
- _**ABOUT YOU**:

- Trade based qualification or more than 3 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance position.
- Current Victorian driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks relating to residential aged care.
- Resourceful and willingness to work with others.
- Proficient with operating computer software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Google Chrome
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
