**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The District Manager is responsible for achieving the performance targets of the District, maintaining high levels of retail standards at their offices, developing a high performance culture and delivering a first class client experience. The District Manager will be the key driver of consistent operational execution including compliance to policies and procedures as well as ownership for all financial outcomes for the district.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**: As a District Manager you will:

- Demonstrate the ability to set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching and empower the teams to achieve the outcomes aligned with the organisational strategies
- Possess strong time management and prioritisation skills

As a District Manager you must:

- Be able to analyse reports and data to achieve financial driven outcomes for the District
- Ensure compliance with all company Policies, Procedures and Tax related processes
- Work closely with your team to motivate, develop and continuously improve their capability
- Support and execute all change management programs for the organisation
- Identify and implement an ongoing annual property related program

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive client growth through a high level of service, the execution of all local and national marketing plans
- Achieve the District’s earnings targets by achieving revenue growth through pricing and product offers and optimising controllable expenses in line with the budget
- Promote ‘Specialised Advisory Services’ to add value to the client experience
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all Office Managers to ensure we are delivering a consistent service aligned to the objectives
- Organise and implement the Tax Training Course to be delivered as part of the Annual plan
- Be engaged as active promoters and implementers of any change programs that are planned
- Identify new office locations to capture market share and relocate or refurbish current offices to maintain excellent retail standards
- Manage a team of back-office staff to ensure compliance with quality assurance and timeliness of process

**KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES**:

- Client Measure - Net Promoter Score (NPS) target as defined
- Client Value Add Measure - Number of referrals to Special Advisory Services
- Performance Measures - Revenue and Earnings through monthly P&L’s, Client Growth and Client Retention
- Recruitment Measure - Students and employee numbers through the Tax Course
- Staff Retention Measure - Retention of staff within the District annually
- Tax Processes - Audit compliance for Tax Lodgement, Days to Lodgement
