**The role**:
The Client Engagement Manager is at the core of business development for the team, operating as the primary point of contact between the service line, marketing and client strategy. Responsible for project managing the end to end delivery of significant submissions, pitches and all required touchpoints following the appointment to a project.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the project management and collation of submission documents
- Coordination of meetings, agendas and minutes in relation to client pitch and appointments
- Management of campaign enquiry schedules, ensuring all requests for EDR access or IM's and related campaign marketing materials are fulfilled
- Coordinate and project manage marketing campaigns for significant property appointments
- Book print media publications and upload online listings. Create and distribute LinkedIn campaign posts.
- Assisting Property Analyst to write and produce detailed property marketing reports (Information Memorandums, e-Brochures and online listings).
- Prepare and process internal and external accounts and liaise with the Accounts Department regarding incoming and outgoing payments and follow up all outstanding invoices
- Project manage the production of service line specific publications including but not limited to content, property listings, publication design, website update etc.

Who we are looking for?
- Demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team or senior individual
- Intermediate in Microsoft suite -Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Adobe Design suite experience: InDesign, Photoshop etc
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
