**The Company**

Our client is a market leading organisation within with operations globally. In a vitally important leadership role, this business is looking for an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join their team in a permanent, full-time position. This role will be an exciting opportunity for those looking for their next challenge.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the Group Payroll Manager, and mentoring a team your duties will include:

- Managing the overall payroll process using ADP Payforce and Human Force (aka Time Target)
- Payroll processing for staff including pay adjustments, leave forms
- Processing of annual, long service and personal leave
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Mentoring and leading the payroll team of seven staff
- Preparation of end of month payroll reporting
- Interpretation of numerous EBAs and Awards
- Other duties as requested from the Payroll Manager

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar payroll leadership role as well as the following attributes:

- ADP Payrforce AND/OR Human Force (aka Time Target) experience is essential
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Prior experience in interpreting EBAs and awards
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience leading a team
- Outstanding communication and presentation attributes
