**Position**:
Embedded in the vital Human Resources Department, you'll be pivotal in propelling our recruitment initiatives, offering comprehensive support to both leaders, team members and field staff. Your day-to-day will be a vibrant mix of recruitment-centric tasks designed to enhance our workforce and capabilities.
To ensure a successful start in the role, you should have proven experience in recruitment and administrative HR with the primary focus on high volume recruitment.
As our Recruitment Coordinator, your mission will be to:
- Engineer and execute recruitment strategies that mirror Retro Traffic’s high standards of technical competence and behavioural excellence.
- Steer end-to-end recruitment operations: from crafting compelling job posts to facilitating seamless onboarding, including interviews, reference checks, inductions, and contract preparations.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure a welcoming and thorough integration of new hires.
- Perform regular checks and reporting on employee performance, training milestones, welfare, and integration initiatives.
This position will be **full time** and based at the head office at **Rydalmere**
**Demonstrated Experience and Skills**
- Tertiary education qualification in Human Resources/ Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably front-line worker, blue-collar, construction industry centric.
- Proven experience in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in working with recruitment and HRIS software.
- Experience in the Construction and Traffic Management industries is highly desired.
- Excellent customer service and support skills with an understanding of the delivery and accurate advice.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing priorities.
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team, as well as the ability to exercise independence and judgement when required.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and respond positively when resolving issues.
- Champion the organisation’s vision and values through example setting, professional behaviour and high standards of work.
