The Cyber Operations Lead is an information security specialist who oversess and contributes to the implementation and administration of information security policies and procedures and ensures the effective operations and response to cyber security incidents and operations in accordance with security policies.

The role performs a lead role across the cyber operations space, managing various investigations into potential and existing security incidents, events and threats; trouble shoots security issues; assesses and reports on security risks; provides cyber security advice and guidance and presents cyber security risk, operations, policy and compliance issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Reporting to the Cyber Security Operations Centre Manager, the role works closely across all functions within the Cyber Security Centre and will overseeing a team of Cyber Security Analysts.
