Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Policy and Procedural Writer for a position with their client based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Change Manager you will provide advice, editorial expertise and support in the development of HR related policies, frameworks and procedures, as well as improve existing policies to fit the organisation.

Casual hourly pay of $48.50 + super.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in the design frameworks for the fundamental resourcing area of HR
- Focus on improving existing policies/procedures and developing new ones
- Write and edit technical documents, including reference manuals, policy manuals, and procedural documents such as user guides for various target populations
- Write and edit creative content for various target audiences
- Design and develop content for training courses to fill gaps in established programs, or customized training courses
- Deliver small-scale or medium-scale document development and instructional design projects while working within an established program management plan
- Act as a team member supporting a change initiative by providing analysis or monitoring progress with guidance from a project/program manager

**To Be Successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate level of experience in business administration, communications studies, or related field (preferably Business or Human Resources)
- Significant experience in policy and procedure writing
- High level communication skills and ability to communicate with various levels of leadership and taylor communication style to the audience
- Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outcomes within succinct timeframes
- An understanding of change and project management processes is desirable
