**About the role**
This is a rewarding career opportunity that will help support and drive this amazing business. This is a permanent part-time role 4 hours a day (can be school hours) - 3 days WFH - 2 days from their office in North Sydney.

Key responsibilities include:

- Social Media Management: manage and grow the Directors and Companies LinkedIn accounts; weekly LinkedIn postings; create Monthly Content Calendar
- Send out weekly EDM’s
- Manage monthly newsletter
- Manage and grow Google reviews
- Monthly analytics reporting
- Manage sales leads in the CRM and assign to Sales team
- Coordinate and prepare material / content for the external marketing agencies
- Coordinating for Webinars/events and following up after the webinars/events
- Managing marketing calendar
- hip materials to customers/prospective customers
- Occasionally coordinate local travel
- Liaising with external agencies to organise meetings and keep track of the stats of the telemarketing agency
- Conduct online research about prospective customers

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) & interpersonal skills
- Strong Office 365 skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A strong focus on building relationships
- Good technical aptitude and a “can-do” approach to your work.
- A good understanding of how social media can drive sales and/or branding goals
- Baseline understanding of digital data and analytics
