You have a track record of managing a growing operation where you improved results in margin, profit and efficiency whilst the division grew.

You’re now ready for a new challenge and opportunity to take the lead in driving our Southern states to result in a high growth industry.

You’ll report to the National Operations Manager and manage a team of direct and indirect reports. There will be a bit of travel within Victoria and occasional trips to SA and TAS as we grow these states.

You’ll have targets across profit, revenue, margins, safety, environmental, employee productivity and service performance.

Ideally you have a background in operations with an understanding of how a trade services business operates and understand its key drivers, along with the ability to marry up between the analytical data and the real time/day to day operations.

Located in Heidelberg West, Lotus Commercial is a HACCP accredited certified provider of food safe products and cleaning services, with offices in QLD, NSW, WA and plans for major expansion in every state and territory over the next few years.

The role will be demanding, challenging and very rewarding when you achieve the results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
