State Manager Southern Region (Victoria/Tasmania)

$140,000 – $150,000 Base + Car + Super + Bonus

Elliotts is seeking an energetic, flexible, and self-motivated State Manager with a proven track record in servicing an existing industrial customer base, while identifying and converting new sales opportunities to drive future growth across Victoria and Tasmania.

As State Manager VIC/TAS, you will inherit a substantial customer portfolio to nurture and grow. Additionally, you will be tasked with re-establishing relationships with lapsed clients and developing new ones to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing industrial and manufacturing accounts across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
  • Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within the region
  • Rebuild relationships with past clients and reintroduce the Elliotts brand where applicable
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support
  • Provide regular sales reporting and market feedback

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Based in the greater Melbourne area
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and account management within the industrial and manufacturing markets
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes, with a proven ability to execute them successfully
  • A proven track record in end-user consultation and solution selling
  • Experience managing large, high-value industrial distribution accounts
  • Excellent business-level communication and presentation skills
  • A strong solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Industrial PPE experience (preferred but not essential)
