**The opportunity:
The Prudential Risk & Governance Manager will support the Head of Prudential Risk & Governance in developing, implementing and maintaining prudential and governance processes and activities within the Bupa Health Insurance (HI) Business Unit.

**How will I help?**
- Managing and coordinating updates to the Bupa HI Risk Appetite Statement and risk indicator reporting
- Enhancing and maintaining the HI Business recovery plan and HI Business recovery plan playbooks
- Supporting the HI resolution planning activities and requirements
- Preparing for new prudential requirements or changes to existing requirements such as the implementation of CPS 230
- Obligations mapping across HI’s prudential risk and governance requirements
- Preparing business and risk committee papers and reporting including those relating to Prudential requirements which impact HI such as CPS 220 reporting and in the future Financial Accountability Regime reporting.
- Leading and driving workshops as well as developing governance documentation and papers.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Risk Management or a related discipline
- Experience in risk management and / or compliance roles in large organisations
- Experience with prudential requirements and the risks and laws to a financial services business (governance, compliance, risk, or legal experience)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal skills to communicate risk concepts and deliver meaningful management information
- Proven track record of effective stakeholder management and driving outcomes.
