Join a market leader in fund administration services in Australia and take on a pivotal role as a Senior Relationship Manager. This appointment requires a versatile background encompassing registry, fund administration, relationship management, and vendor oversight.
As the Relationship Manager, you will oversee the outsourced relationship with our Registry provider while serving as the primary escalation point for our esteemed clients. This critical position demands an independent, decisive, and client-focused individual who can guide outcomes that benefit both our company and clients.
Your primary responsibility will be managing and overseeing the outsourced service provider responsible for registry and member administration services across managed funds, investment platforms, SMSF, and superannuation funds. They handle registry services for several clients under a sub-contract arrangement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implementing and managing incident management procedures, ensuring all incidents are recorded and monitored through resolution using the incident management tool.
- Reviewing incident reports and ensuring accurate details of issue causes, remediation, and preventative measures are documented.
- Evaluating performance, including delivery against service level agreements, and reviewing monthly KPIs for clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Overseeing staff management, client liaison, service management, vendor management, product management, and sales activities.
**Desired Attributes**:
- 5-10 years of experience in registry or related fund administration, coupled with strong team management, relationship management, account management, and vendor oversight skills.
- The ability to engage with individuals of all seniority levels effectively, fostering positive working relationships.
- Previous experience collaborating with external service providers, demonstrating a clear understanding of such dynamics.
