About The Role
- Be the primary point of contact and manage the relationship of existing customers
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Forecast and achieve monthly renewal and upsell targets
- Pro-actively analyse customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain a 30 day call cycle with all accounts

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have;
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- A desire to learn and succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and strong relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or direct sales is ideal but not essential.

Working in a startup environment, you can look forward to direct 1 on 1 mentoring with our senior leadership team.

We are growing at a rapid rate so there is a lot of potential to move into a senior role in the near future.

We're offering a highly competitive salary package. No limit on commissions and a realistic OTE
