The role

Furthermore, you will be responsible for contributing to the monitoring, reviewing, analysing, and reporting of data across all social and digital media channels, using different analytic tools to achieve continuous improvement against team objectives.

The successful person
To be successful in the role, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills and strong written communication skills, to effectively communicate with Queensland Health's social media audiences, in line with a set style guide and tone of voice. You will also have demonstrated customer service experience in a professional environment, to effectively manage enquiries, source information, and escalate any issues appropriately.

In addition to this, you will have knowledge of contemporary digital and social media communication platforms, practices and analytical skills, to forecare and identigy trends and challenges in the new media landscape.
