**Position Summary**:
As Digital Media Advisor, you will play a vital role in developing and executing digital and social marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include providing valuable insights to shape the overall digital strategy, reporting on emerging trends to guide content creation and actively participating in day-to-day content development for social media channels. Additionally, you will engage with internal stakeholders to gather information, plan and write content and report on its success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and deploy targeted digital and social marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and influence consumer behaviour.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, on-trend content for paid and organic social media, including images, infographics and engaging copy.
- Monitor brand, competitor and digital and social activity on a daily basis to gather real-time actionable insights. Prepare thematic and topical reports to share with the team and leadership, providing an aggregate view of competitor activity, key issues, and emerging themes.
- Provide strategic social media support and training, including best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare media statements and responses and engage in media liaison.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling multitasking, prioritisation and execution in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to identify digital marketing opportunities.
- Experience with social analytics platforms and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ad Manager is essential.
- Experience with Canva is required, while experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, is desirable.
- Strong writing skills, adapting technical information into concise and engaging copy suitable for social media in a brand tone of voice. Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
