**About Ecodynamics**

Ecodynamics Landscaping, a Division of the Ecodynamics Group, is a major commercial landscaper providing landscaping and natural resource management solutions in New South Wales, Victoria and here in South Australia. With a growing pipeline of work here in SA, Ecodynamics are looking to bring on board their next Landscape Supervisor to help deliver results in major projects, local government and sub-divisional landscaping industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Project Managers and the State Manager, this role will be responsible for the delivery of commercial landscape construction projects which includes soft and hard elements. You will be required to effectively and efficiently conduct the following duties.- Manage and supervise all aspects of landscape construction works including but not limited to earthworks, base prep, pavements, irrigation, edging, walling, gardens, natural features and maintenance works- Interpret site conditions and recommend appropriate responses- Achieve critical time frames with project managers and clients- Interpret and implement landscape plans- Coordinate and communicate with clients and subcontractors as required- Provide comprehensive record of on-site works to aid in the tracking of labour costing and project variations- Establish and maintain site depots- Conduct inductions of new employees on work site- Provide day to day maintenance of equipment, plant and vehicles- Lead effective pre-start and toolbox meetings with team members

**Desired Skills & Experience**- Current drivers licence required- Construction Induction White Card required- Landscape or Civil Supervisor experience required- Civil, Landscape and/or Horticultural qualification highly desirable- Building supervisor licence highly desirable- MR, HR or HC truck license is highly desirable- Experience with Microsoft Office- High Literacy Skills (written and verbal)- Enviable time management skills- Strong ability to lead and motivate people
- Excellent interpersonal skills

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated while also possessing demonstrated experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
